• "Services" refers to the rental of cars, bikes, laptops, projectors, or other equipment, as well as our call driver facility, as offered by Rent24.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You also agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the booking process.

Rent24 offers rental services for a variety of products, including vehicles, electronics, and equipment. The use of any rental item is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

• Rental Period: The rental period is agreed upon at the time of booking. Failure to return the rental item by the agreed-upon time may result in additional charges.

• Condition of Items: All rental items must be returned in the same condition as when rented. Any damage, loss, or theft of rental items will be your responsibility, and you may be charged for repairs or replacement.

• Vehicle Usage: For vehicle rentals, the driver must possess a valid driver’s license. Misuse or illegal activities conducted with the rented vehicle are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.

When using our Call Driver Facility, the following terms apply:

• Driver Responsibility: Our professional drivers are responsible for driving your vehicle safely. However, any damage to the vehicle that occurs during the use of this service is your responsibility, unless caused by the negligence of the driver.

• Booking: Call drivers must be booked in advance, and availability is not guaranteed. Cancellations must be made at least [Insert Time Frame] before the scheduled service.

• Pricing: All rental and service fees will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extensions, damages, or late returns.

All content on the Rent24 website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Rent24. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our services or website:

• Misusing or damaging any rental items

• Engaging in illegal activities or violating any laws while using our services

• Providing false or misleading information during the booking process

• Reselling or sublicensing any of our services without prior authorization

Rent24 will not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
