Terms & Conditions – Rent24 Call Driver Services Thank you for choosing Rent24 Call Driver Services. Before booking, please carefully read the following terms and conditions, which govern the use of our call driver service. 1. Service Nature Rent24 operates as a facilitator platform that connects clients with independent drivers for temporary driving assignments. We do not employ drivers directly and do not control or supervise them once assigned. 2. Client Responsibility The client is solely responsible for the vehicle being driven, including its condition, insurance, and legal compliance. Clients must ensure that the vehicle has valid insurance, registration, and required permits at the time of the trip. The client must communicate the pickup location, timing, and trip expectations clearly to the driver. 3. Liability Disclaimer Rent24 is not liable for any accident, damage, traffic violations, theft, loss, misconduct, or legal issues that occur during or after the period of service. Any disputes, incidents, or grievances arising after the driver has been assigned must be handled directly between the client and the driver. 4. Driver Conduct All drivers are verified and screened to the best of our ability. In the rare event of misconduct, the client may report the incident to Rent24, and we will take action such as suspending the driver from the platform. However, Rent24 does not bear legal or financial responsibility. 5. Payment Charges for driver service are communicated in advance and must be paid directly to Rent24 or as instructed. Any extra payments (like food, waiting charges, tolls, etc.) must be settled directly between the client and the driver unless pre-included. 6. Cancellations Last-minute cancellations may attract a cancellation fee. If the driver cancels unexpectedly, Rent24 will try to arrange a replacement but does not guarantee availability at all times. 7. Use of Vehicle Drivers provided via Rent24 will only operate vehicles that are legally roadworthy and insured. The client must not request the driver to operate the vehicle in unsafe, illegal, or off-road conditions. 8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes or complaints should be reported to Rent24 within 24 hours of service completion. Our team will assist in mediation but is not responsible for legal proceedings or compensation. 9.
