You can book in three ways — fill our online booking form on the website, call us directly, or WhatsApp us on +91 85904 48858 (Thrissur) or +91 7907139764 (Kochi). We recommend booking at least a day in advance to ensure vehicle availability, especially during weekends and holidays.
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. However, advance booking is strongly recommended during peak tourist seasons, temple festivals, and long weekends to guarantee your preferred vehicle.
You must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid two-wheeler driving licence issued by the relevant authority. No exceptions are made on this requirement.
Yes. Foreign nationals are welcome to rent from Rent24. You will need to present your valid Passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP) valid for India. Your IDP must specifically authorize you to ride two-wheelers.
No. The person who rents the vehicle must be the same person riding it. The licence and ID documents must belong to the rider. Sub-renting or lending the vehicle to a third party is strictly not permitted under our rental terms.
Yes. A refundable security deposit of ₹2,000 is collected at the time of pickup. This is returned to you at the end of your rental period provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition with no damage, missing parts, or outstanding dues.
We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers. Please confirm the available payment method at your pickup location. We will not accept Rupay Card.
Yes. Helmets are provided with every rental at no extra cost. Wearing a helmet is mandatory under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. Our staff will remind you of this at pickup. Please ensure your pillion rider also wears a helmet at all times.
The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours) for standard plans. Hourly rentals are available from a minimum of 1 hour for eligible members with an active credit pack.
Yes, you can extend your rental period, subject to vehicle availability. Just reach out to us at least 24 hours before your rental ends to arrange it. Extension rates will apply from the end of your original rental period.
